Loan Servicing Specialist Job Category: Support Svcs - Lending Requisition Number: LOANS014257 Posted: April 24, 2026 Full-Time On-site Operations Center 2 Conway, AR 72032, USA Description General Description Of Position The Loan Servicing Specialist performs duties associated with collecting past-due consumer loans and customer service functions related to servicing loans. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Contacts customers by mail and telephone concerning payments. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time. Monitor, administer, and calculate payment for incoming remittances. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time. Perform administrative duties associated with incoming payment transactions. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time. Monitor, administer, and calculate loan payoffs. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time. Perform administrative duties associated with the processing of credit verifications. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time. Receive incoming calls related to loan servicing. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time. Perform administrative duties regarding loan participation including reconciliation and audit verifications. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually, about 5% of the time.
