This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone who: Has the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Can stand for prolonged periods and work on ladders Has good manual dexterity Works well under close supervision Can follow both verbal and written instructions Functions effectively in a team environment What you'll do: Collect, sort, and transport recycling from production areas Flatten cardboard and prep recyclable materials Load and unload pallets from trailers Stage materials in warehouse lanes as instructed Move materials to production and other designated areas Package and unpack materials as needed Inspect items for defects, wear, or damage Report findings and updates to the warehouse manager Maintain records of damaged stock and equipment Perform additional tasks as assigned Why you'll love working here: Weekly pay Paid sick leave Health, vision, dental, pet insurance, and more
