Our team is hiring a Non-CDL Waste Collection Driver to collect material from our customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Our company has different opportunities to eventually move up to driver CDL vehicles and increase your wage. Compensation: $24 hourly Responsibilities: Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience Drive safely and efficiently to collect waste materials from designated customer locations. Ensure timely pickups and deliveries, maintaining a consistent schedule to meet customer expectations. Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide updates and address any concerns. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any incidents during the route. Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve service efficiency for our customers.

Qualifications: Delivery driver or related job experience preferred Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Valid U.S. driver’s license in your state and a clean driving record High school graduate or equivalent experience Commercial driver’s license (CDL) strongly desired but not required.
