The Permanente Medical Group, Northern CA, (TPMG) is one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 10,000 physicians, 21 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California and an 80-year tradition of providing quality medical care.

TPMG is seeking a full-time BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join our team in Vacaville, CA. We are recruiting for an Ob/Gyn Physician interested in practicing full obstetric and gynecologic care in the outpatient setting, including outpatient operative procedures such as operative hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, and leep, as well as labor and delivery care at both the Vacaville and Vallejo sites. When on shift, you are in-house and covering only one hospital with a midwife or Family Medicine physician. While in-house, you manage high-risk obstetric patients collaboratively with your midwife or Family Medicine physician and any GYN inpatients and ER care.

Napa Solano boasts a Family Medicine residency program, and residents rotate through Labor & Delivery and outpatient care. We also host midwifery students at our Vacaville labor and delivery site.

Vacaville and surrounding Solano County offer excellent weather and affordable housing on larger lots than traditionally seen in the Bay Area. One can even build a home/ranch in our community! Vacaville public schools are diverse and of good quality. We have a lot of great restaurants and local shopping, including the Vacaville Premium Outlets and the Caymus-Suisun Winery in Fairfield. Kaiser Permanente Vacaville is Solano County's Level 2 Trauma Center, and we have fantastic working relationships with our trauma surgery colleagues. Our Vacaville site has a newly opened level 2 Nursery. We have a collaborative group of midwives who provide excellent obstetrical care in the office and Labor and Delivery. Kaiser Permanente Vacaville has a robust Maternal Fetal Medicine service as well as REI and Urogynecology service; We have a collaborative and collegial working environment and excellent partnerships with our leadership teams.

Full-time annual salary range is $368,639 - $380,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $66,610*.
