Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced Occupational Therapists ready to make an impact in K–12 educational settings starting August 2026. Three onsite positions are open for dynamic professionals passionate about enriching students’ lives and fostering independence through expert therapy services. This full-time assignment spans the entire school year, concluding in June 2027, and welcomes candidates interested in a vibrant and collaborative school community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for California (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
  • Prior experience working with K–12 students in a school environment is strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of IEP process and ability to support special education teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Motivated self-starter able to adapt to a diverse student population
  • Open to professionals looking to travel for contract assignments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students across K–12 grade levels
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary IEP teams, providing expert input for student goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Consult with educators and families to support students’ functional and educational success within the classroom environment
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students
