Key Responsibilities Supervise and support facilities and front desk staff, including backup reception coverage Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and team performance to ensure operational efficiency Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment focused on problem-solving and service excellence Oversee daily office operations including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility-related projects Lead larger-scale initiatives such as office improvements, renovations, and upgrades Ensure compliance with building, safety, and environmental standards Manage facilities-related budgeting, tracking costs while maintaining quality Support and oversee internal safety-related initiatives and programs Oversee front desk operations to ensure a professional and welcoming experience for employees and visitors Partner with internal teams to coordinate meetings, visitor logistics, and office communications Support day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and general workplace needs Lead projects from planning through execution, including timelines, resources, and deliverables Take a hands-on approach in addition to delegating tasks to ensure successful outcomes Identify opportunities xsgimln to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency Track progress, resolve challenges, and provide updates to leadership as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in office operations, facilities, or administrative leadership Prior experience supervising teams in a professional office environment Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and vendors Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
