POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for processing of company payroll and time and attendance. Analyze calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.

LOCATION: The position is based on-site at DrinkPAK's facility in Santa Clarita, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES ● Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 450 employees in Southern California ● Review timecards daily for missing punches, missing supervisor notes, tardies, missed shifts, etc. to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing every two weeks ● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting ● Prepare and analyze payroll reports, presenting findings to Payroll Manager ● Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries professionally and efficiently ● Maintain payroll records and prepare reports on payroll activities for management review ● Initiate Off-Cycle payments, as needed ● Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and financial reporting ● Monitor changes and remain current on legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements (wage & hour, garnishments, 401(k), etc.) ● Ensure employees and supervisors approve timecards by the deadline each pay period to ensure timely payroll processing ● Ensure accurate data entry in payroll system ● Process and monitor garnishment orders ● Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred ● Atleast 1-2 years of experience in California payroll processing or accounting roles ● 6 months to 1 year of experience in Workday Payroll , Time Tracking & Absence required ● Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) designation is preferred, but not required ● Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred ● Must be comfortable working in an open workspace / bullpen ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ● Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong ability to multi-task ● Knowledge of IRS and various state regulations regarding payroll and accounting reconciliations/auditing techniques preferred ● Ability to meet deadlines & maintains a “right the first-time” mentality ● Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software applications ● Continuous improvement mindset

BASE SALARY COMPENSATION RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000
