Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility); Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Experience with pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP services
  • Strong collaborative skills working with educators, families, and IEP teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Adaptability and commitment to fostering growth in diverse student populations

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy to students ranging from PreK through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Conduct screenings and deliver both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support students’ success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide ongoing professional recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
