Review procedures and processes and make adjustments as needed to improve operations. Train new hire production associates in the manufacturing processes and procedures. Regular attendance, report to work on time for all scheduled shifts, and complete all shifts. Work overtime as required. Work cooperatively with others. Work with internal and external customers on quality issues. Generate and maintain appropriate records as required. Achieve operator certification in all jobs worked.
