We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about serving the community in a high-quality Denti-Cal based private practice. This office also accepts PPO and private insurance, creating a balanced and steady patient flow. The ideal candidate is a true team player with strong clinical knowledge, excellent work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced back-office environment. Key characteristics include discipline, resilience, persistence, conscientiousness, flexibility, and high integrity.

Clinical responsibilities include proficiency in four-handed dentistry, fabrication of temporary crowns, operatory setup and breakdown, infection control and OSHA compliance, and digital X-rays. Experience assisting with cosmetic procedures, crown & bridge, extractions, implant placement (including restoration), root canal therapy, pulpotomy, composite restorations, partial & complete dentures, screw-retained fixed dentures, and Invisalign.

This is a stable, team-oriented, and detail-driven environment. The practice values accountability, professionalism, and consistency in patient care. Requirements include a high school diploma, current RDA license (pocket license required), CPR certification, OSHA & infection control certification. Office hours are Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
