We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for RN Supervisors!!

Full-Time

Part-Time

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff

Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and families

Provide guidance and information to residents and team members

Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through adherence to policies and regulations

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in resident records and documentation

Promote effective communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals

Manage and review care documentation and service records

Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State requirement)

Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency
