Responsibilities Failure Analysis & Maintenance Strategy: Diagnose equipment issues and optimize performance using CMMS, predictive tools, and root cause analysis. Technical Drawing & Documentation: Create detailed engineering drawings with AutoCAD and Inventor, and produce professional deliverables like project scopes and executive presentations. Systems Troubleshooting & Safety Engineering: Apply expertise in electromechanical and industrial control systems to resolve machine issues and enhance safety through equipment redesign. Project Leadership & Capital Execution: Support Capex and Maintenance initiatives from concept to closeout using the full capital engineering stage-gate process. Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors to outsource fabrications, manage part procurement, and create SAP requisitions. Predictive Monitoring & Reliability Support: Monitor critical equipment health using vibration analysis and thermal imaging, and assist in developing long-term reliability strategies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering 3-10 years of reliability, maintenance, or process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of controls and instrumentation/SCADA and AutoCAD Self-starter with strong communication skills Reliability or Project Management Certifications (CMRP, CRL, PMP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plus
