Extended School Year (ESY) participation is not required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey SLP license and Department of Education certification (or in process)
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in school settings, especially at the Pre-K or early childhood level, preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt interventions based on diverse student needs
• Commitment to meeting IEP goals and timelines

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to assigned students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with staff and families
• Maintain accurate records and document services in accordance with district policies
• Collaborate daily with both on-site SLPs and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to maximize student outcomes
