Key Qualifications:

• Valid California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Solid knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs and therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 15 students
• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s communication goals
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal student outcomes
