Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Prior experience working in school settings preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across grade levels
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support students with varying communication needs in individual and small group settings
  • Offer consultation and training to staff and families to foster student development
  • Track progress and adjust interventions to help students achieve their goals
