Key Requirements:

• Valid PT license with eligibility to practice in a school setting
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred
• Strong background in delivering individualized care and adaptive strategies for middle school students
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
• Exceptional organizational skills and confidence managing a small caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess the student’s abilities to develop and implement a personalized intervention plan
• Work directly with the 6th grade student during 1-4 hours per week at the designated school site
• Document progress and provide timely updates to the educational team
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for student growth and access
• Adapt sessions as needed to address changing needs or increased hours due to new enrollments
