Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk - Modesto, CA

Hiring pay range: $21.50 - 28.40

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong accounting knowledge, with an advanced understanding of accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of how Retalix, HQ, Showcase, Vendor Deals, and Demandtec work and how they are interconnected
• Proficient with AS400, HQ, Retalix, Essbase, Showcase, Database mining, and Demandtec
• Understanding of deals and rebates, collections
• Knowledge of and experience with ACI
• Proficient 10-key skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a busy environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven team leader with the ability to delegate effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong fact-finding skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Intermediate computer skills in Word and Access skills
• Intermediate Excel skills to include VLookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and ability to manipulate existing formulas/templates

Experience:

2 minimum years related experience

Education:

Vocational/Technical and/or equivalent experience/training, One year of college or vocational school

Other Requirements:

The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime and occasional Saturday work
