Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location.

This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $19.00 based on a 40 hour work week. We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to:

The schedule for this position would be between the hours of 7:30am until 6pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays 9am until 2pm and Sundays from 10am until 2pm.

Qualifications:

• Must have recent and relevant customer service experience in the last 2 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with any Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.
• This position requires valid CA drivers license
• Must have availability for the posted schedule of 40 hours per week with the posted hours of operation.
• Must be at least 18 years old
