Project Manager / Senior Project Manager — Industrial Construction Columbus, OH | $120K–$160K base + bonus + profit sharing

Our client, a highly respected Columbus-based General Contractor, is actively growing its industrial construction group and seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to help lead major upcoming projects across advanced manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and industrial development .

This opportunity offers direct involvement on large-scale ground-up projects typically ranging from $30M–$100M+ , with strong internal support, visible leadership exposure, and long-term project backlog already secured.

The Opportunity This role will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while partnering closely with experienced field leadership and executive teams on highly visible industrial work. What You’ll Do Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Build and maintain schedules in partnership with field leadership Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change management Partner closely with Superintendents to proactively solve field challenges Serve as a key liaison for owners, design teams, and trade partners Drive project strategy, risk mitigation, and execution quality

What We’re Looking For 7+ years of Project Management experience with a GC/CM Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or large-scale commercial project experience Proven success delivering ground-up projects in the $40M+ range Strong understanding of steel, precast, tilt-up, and heavy site coordination Strong financial ownership and forecasting ability Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software experience
