Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position, located near Gridley, CA, welcomes both local professionals and travelers interested in making a meaningful impact throughout the academic year, from August 2026 through June 2027.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold or be eligible for SLP-CCC certification.
  • Demonstrated experience within school settings, ideally spanning PreK through high school.
  • Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to a range of communication needs.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to document progress and advocate for student success.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services to students on campus.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and determine eligibility for speech services.
  • Develop and manage individualized education and intervention plans (IEPs).
  • Engage in case conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, and collaborate on student interventions.
  • Provide support, resources, and instruction to educators and families.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and legal requirements.
