Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Comfort managing diverse caseloads across age groups PreK-12

Role Duties:

  • Administer direct therapy services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct speech/language assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Develop goals and intervention plans tailored to a range of speech and language needs
  • Provide input in IEP meetings and help guide educational teams in best practices
  • Travel therapists are supported throughout their assignments to ensure seamless integration
