Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a School SLP
• Previous experience working in K-8 educational environments is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based interventions for students with diverse speech/language needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy to a varied caseload of Pre K–8th grade students
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to inform IEP development
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans, ensuring progress toward set goals
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and related service providers for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional guidance regarding students’ communication needs
