We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC), or a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), to work part-time—just 2-3 days per week—with a manageable caseload of around 15 students. This is an ideal opportunity to make a meaningful impact with personalized care and plenty of flexibility.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure or certification as an SLP (or SLP-CCC) or SLPA, with experience or comfort working in school-based settings
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with speech and language challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
  • Strong documentation abilities and organization
  • Passion for supporting student growth in a collaborative, educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and report regularly to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
  • Participate in meetings and professional development as required
