Required Skills:

• Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular assessment tools
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation
• Excellent communication skills for educating patients and coordinating care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong documentation and record-keeping capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient therapy settings
• Knowledge of current physical therapy modalities and techniques
• Bilingual communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working dayshift hours in an outpatient setting
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Current state licensure or certification as required
