Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (unencumbered)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ER/ED setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient IV skills and familiarity with common ER procedures and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform swift, accurate patient assessments and provide emergency interventions
• Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols and providers’ orders
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records systems
• Uphold patient safety and follow all infection control guidelines
