Job responsibilities:
Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions.
Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.
