Job responsibilities:

• Provide general medication information to clinical teams within scope and policy.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Support medication reconciliation workflows and clarify orders through appropriate channels.
• Follow infection prevention and hazardous handling procedures where applicable.
• Review and process medication orders according to established policies and safety checks.
