Job responsibilities:

Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.

Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.

Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
