Job responsibilities:

Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
Provide therapeutic interventions and track patient progress toward measurable goals.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
