This travel RN-ER position centers on delivering and coordinating comprehensive nursing care for emergency and trauma patients of all ages. Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform triage, assessment, and direct patient care in a dynamic emergency department setting
  • Supervise assigned nursing staff, provide mentorship, and delegate tasks as needed
  • Ensure nursing care aligns with established standards and the nursing process
  • Coordinate care across disciplines, advocating for patient safety and best outcomes
  • Document care and interventions thoroughly and accurately

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with Emergency Room nursing experience required
  • NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) and Moderate Sedation Training required
  • Proficiency in critical thinking, prioritization, and independent judgment
  • Experience with trauma patient care preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
