About this Position:

Job Title: User Experience/Interaction Designer

Educational Background: Required: Must meet educational requirements: Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Required Qualifications: The User Experience/Interaction Designer (UX/ID) must have a minimum three years’ experience in the last six years related to Dynamics 365, automating manual processes, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) and electronic signature platform such as DocuSign. The UX/ID must have a minimum one year of experience in the last three years with design, development, and implementation of web based user interfaces in support of customer relationship Digital Rights Management (DRM) platforms.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Two or more consecutive years of experience not listed within mandatory qualifications, in the last 10 years providing UX/ID consultative services to the State Departments.
