Coachable and willing to grow within the organization.
What We’re Not Looking For
Agents who desperately need money or are overly dependent on hands‑on guidance.
Agents unable to purchase or generate their own leads.
Agents who refuse coaching or have an egotistical attitude.
Work Environment All business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000‑$1,500 per week on leads and write $7,000‑$15,000 in premium.
