This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about building relationships, while helping people get to work every day. What a Typical Day Looks Like Serve as the on-site point of contact for associates and client supervisors Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure staffing needs are met Support attendance, performance, engagement, and associate retention Partner closely with branch leadership to keep positions filled and address issues quickly Conduct orientations, safety talks, and daily employee check-ins Track hours, prepare reports, and assist with payroll questions Create and maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional on-site work environment Support multiple client locations as business needs require What's in It for You?
