What a Typical Day Looks Like Serve as the on-site point of contact for associates and client supervisors Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure staffing needs are met Support attendance, performance, engagement, and associate retention Partner closely with branch leadership to keep positions filled and address issues quickly Conduct orientations, safety talks, and daily employee check-ins Track hours, prepare reports, and assist with payroll questions Create and maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional on-site work environment Support multiple client locations as business needs require

What You Need to Qualify High school diploma or GED 2+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or another people-facing role Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working onsite at client locations and supporting multiple sites Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, reports) Bilingual skills required (English/Spanish)
