Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, with State Farm Insurance, office of Brian Clark's office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bi-Lingual Spanish a Plus Have a current California P&C insurance license or obtain prior to starting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Punctual

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
