Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Handling claims. Non-payments. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
