About Our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2020 and currently have a team of six talented professionals who bring energy and passion to everything we do. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years in financial services, where I served as a Director of Operations an experience that taught me the importance of strong leadership, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service. Outside of work, I'm a proud supporter of my local high school (and alma mater) and actively contribute to our community, including involvement with a local women's shelter. When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me out on my motorcycle, boating, or cheering for the Chicago Bears. Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Barnes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
