About Our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently have a team of six talented professionals who bring energy and passion to everything we do. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years in financial services, where I served as a Director of Operations an experience that taught me the importance of strong leadership, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service. Outside of work, I'm a proud supporter of my local high school (and alma mater) and actively contribute to our community, including involvement with a local women's shelter. When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me out on my motorcycle, boating, or cheering for the Chicago Bears. Role Description:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Barnes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
