Onsite role at Fremont, CA. Candidates need to work Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities: Experienced with Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Experienced in Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Expert in Communicating with customers through emails, calls, meetings. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Experienced with Data entry in MRP systems. Experience in getting production status in different departments to provide accurate commits. Have strong knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
