Front Desk Coordinator (Plastic Surgery)

South Miami, FL There are few surgeons with as much experience, expertise, and training as the physicians at The Foundation for Hair Restoration. As a double board-certified facial plastic and hair restorative surgeon, Dr. Epstein, the Founder and Director of the Foundation for Hair Restoration, works with Dr. Anthony Bared, a partner in the practice and fellowship-trained in facial plastic surgery. Summary/Objective

The front desk coordinator focuses on administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for our patients. In this position, the front desk coordinator will work with the front office team answering incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner. In addition, they are responsible for data entry, scanning and assisting with other daily office functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greets patients and oversees entry of patient data in EHR System Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries Alerts proper staff of patient's arrival Maintains a clean and organized front desk area Assists with social media marketing content Schedules appointments Processes payments for services Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff Qualifications

Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude Excellent communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with multi-line telephone system Highly organized Ability to multitask Punctual and reliable Benefits
