Role and Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Position is required to be in the office and never a remote position. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • Manages boarding, interim servicing and management of all loans to/in the Interim Servicing system. Ensure all interim servicing functions are done timely and within all compliance of policies, procedures and respective servicing rules according to the CFPB servicing standards. • Manages all payment locations and management of all payments to and from respective locations of all loans servicing retained and sold servicing for all investors. Including proper communication with other internal departments as needed. • Manages the communications with our Subservicer for loan level issues and daily maintenance as needed. Timely escalating of sighted issues. • Review of all interim servicing loans for quality control of interim servicing functions. • Management, Review and Testing of processes in departments to ensure all staff are adhering to company and department standards. Review and resolve of all global issues stemmed from testing and communications. • Manage payroll and daily supervisory tasks for all staff reports. • Effectively manage the pipelines to ensure timely movement of files within department standards. Timely reporting to management of any issues or departmental delays. • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers • Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma/GED; plus at least 3 years of mortgage knowledge.
Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be able to look past initial issue and problem solve to find the best outcome for all. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, striving for 100% accuracy on every file. Must keep records neat and organized to ensure clear representation of work. This position requires a self-starter who is detail oriented with a high degree of integrity, initiative, and ambition.
