Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Utilize your expertise across various therapy settings, including in-person and teletherapy, while addressing diverse needs ranging from articulation to language and social communication.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state-issued SLP licensure or eligibility; CCC-SLP or CFY accepted
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work effectively with PreK-12th grade populations in both onsite and teletherapy modalities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for a diverse student caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services in-person and virtually, adapting approaches to meet unique student needs
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and communicate progress to families, teachers, and related service staff
  • Mentor or support SLP-CFYs as applicable
  • Engage in professional development to remain current on best practices
