Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students with these full-time opportunities for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists. Located in a supportive educational environment, you’ll work onsite, collaborating with school staff and families to deliver high-quality speech and language services for children with a range of mild to severe diagnoses. With two openings available, the positions begin as soon as possible and extend through June 3rd, 2026, with a commitment for the current and following academic years.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for California
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience within a school setting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to serve K-12 students with diverse needs
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech, language, and communication services to students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy plans
  • Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely documentation, compliance, and records management
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
  • Support teachers and families with strategies and resources for student progress
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and best practices in school-based speech therapy
